John Cosgrove
John is the owner and senior inspector of Radon and Mold Professionals and has been working in the IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) industry since 2004. He is one of the most experienced and respected mold assessors in Southwest Florida and has performed hundreds of mold assessments and radon tests every year. Because of his superb knowledge and expertise, John has also been one of the most dependable and sought out assessors in the SW Florida area to provide witness testimony for litigation cases involving mold and other IAQ related issues.

Greg Gomez
Since 2004, Greg started out as a field technician performing dry-out restoration, mold remediation and HVAC mechanical/system cleanings for residential and commercial properties. After working in the restoration field for several years, he found a niche in the industry and quickly advanced to become one of the youngest (CIE) Certified Indoor Environmentalists in the Southwest Florida area to perform IAQ assessments. In 2009, he joined Radon and Mold Professionals and from there has had the pleasure of assisting John with IAQ assessments and reporting.
